Southwest Airlines is a company with an excellent reputation for employee satisfaction, proactive integrated GRI reporting, and an agressive commitment to fuel and operational efficiency.
I had a chance to talk to Marilee Mcinnis today about some of the major areas of sustainability that the company is focusing on.
