Sanket Jain

Sanket Jain is an independent journalist and documentary photographer from India reporting on the intersection of climate change, public health and science. His reporting combines rigorous scientific research with deeply human storytelling, making complex science accessible to readers worldwide. His work has been published by more than 40 publications. Over the past nine years, his reporting has received 33 honors, including Forbes 30 Under 30, a Gold Medal from the United Nations Correspondents Association, the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Award for Excellence in Science Communication, New York University’s Online Journalism Award, and the Covering Climate Now Award, among others.
