More than 40 Singapore-based companies have signed up to the Global
Compact Local Network. The network has now become the hub for the
United Nations Global Compact in the region.

The signing took place at the joint UN Environment Programme meeting
and the Global Compact B4E Global Business Summit for the Environment.
The signatories include MediaCorp, the largest media company in
Singapore and the region, and SingTel, Asia’s largest multi-market
mobile operator.
