Mother knows best… Working Mother magazine has named Sodexo one of the “Best Companies for Hourly Workers” for 2013. This is the fourth consecutive year that Sodexo has been recognised for being among those employers that have the best policies for promoting hourly workers and a dynamic work life culture. This year’s survey, conducted by Working Mother Research Institute, focused on employers that implemented solutions that provided opportunities for nonexempt employees to advance into salaried and management roles through technology training, mentoring, career counseling and language skills training. “Sodexo is focused on not only finding the best talent but also developing our people so that they can reach the next level in their careers and contribute to our mission of helping organisations and their people improve well-being and performance,” said George Chavel, president and ceo for Sodexo North America.
