Shalini Mahtani, chief executive of Community Business, the
organization she formed in 2003, has been given the Chief Executive’s
Commendation for Community Service by the Hong Kong government.
Mahtani, a prominent figure in Hong Kong’s CSR movement, receives the
award for her equal opportunities work in highlighting the plight of
women and ethnic minorities in the area.
