Today, SAP, Natalie Warne, and TriplePundit came together at #TheWorldYouWantToLiveIn to discuss how millennials are challenging “the system” and modern society as we know it.

Millennials are widely known for their rebelliousness toward norms and institutions, a self-centered focus, and their tendency to choose meaning over traditional pursuits such as career or money. But millennials are the most educated generation in history. Their lifestyles demand action and ambition through nontraditional means. They may shun higher education in pursuit of worldly travels or picking up programming skills (and the college dropout may be more “successful” than the graduate).

Millennials offer great promise as digitally native, philanthropic, business-minded world citizens. Most importantly, the companies that can attract and leverage millennial talent will soon have an advantage over those that don’t.
